WNS Walkin Drive for Freshers -Responsibilities
- Should be able to interpret and follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual.
- Must have an ability to handle work pressure.
- Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPI’s.
- Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager.
- Display high levels of accountability and responsibility.
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts or odd shifts/ weekends -Continuous night shifts/ Rotational Shifts/ Discontinuous night shift.
- Should be able to understand the SOP to do the error free processing.
