Role & Responsibilities for Fibe:
• Conduct Video KYC verification for customers applying for Personal Loans
• Welcome customers and assist them during the onboarding process
• Pitch and cross-sell other Fibe products like BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) and related financial products
• Ensure smooth customer interaction and positive customer experience
• Maintain quality and compliance during customer verification calls
Eligibility:
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in Customer Service / Sales / Calling roles preferred
• Comfortable with video interactions and customer handling
• Basic computer knowledge required
