- Support daily production operations
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained

CTC & Benefits
- CTC: 3,00,000 per annum
- In-hand Salary: Approx. 20,058 per month
- Monthly Performance Incentive: Up to 1,600
- Yearly Bonus: 16,900 (as per actual joining date / pro-rata basis)
- Gratuity Benefit: Approx. 10,000 after successful completion of the 1-year training program
