Job description
An AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) follows up on unpaid medical bills for healthcare providers, contacting insurance companies and patients to resolve denied or pending claims, ensure correct payments, and expedite reimbursement, often working in a BPO or RCM setting, especially in night shifts for US clients. They resolve claim issues, appeal denials, update records, and ensure compliance with billing rules.
Timings:
Shift timing 5 pm to 2 am
Pickup and drop free Cab available (within 12km radius)
Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off
Eligility Criteria:-
1.Any graduation 2020 to 2025 passed out with nil backlogs are eligible
2. Engineering are not eligible
3. Upto age-28 years
