Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Provide L1/L2 application support for production and UAT environments
- Monitor application health, logs, and batch jobs
- Troubleshoot application, database, and server-related issues
- Perform incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL processes
- Coordinate with developers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
- Handle application deployments, patches, and configuration changes
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports
- Support users with functional and technical queries
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and support documentation
- Provide on-call or shift support as required
3i Infotech Walkin Drive Skills & Qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in Application Support / Production Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS
- Experience with SQL / PL-SQL for querying and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.)
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Basic knowledge of application deployment and release management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder-handling skills.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience in BFSI, e-commerce, or enterprise applications
- Shift: Rotational shifts / On-call support (as per business needs)
