- Operate in a 24x5x365 support environment, ensuring system uptime and reliability.
- Execute scheduled tasks and operational procedures within defined service and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and support project delivery.
- Participate in training programs and assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
- Manage daily operational tasks following established processes and documentation standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech/ MCA) or equivalent experience.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in system administration or cloud operations in a high-availability environment.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/ Linux system administration (IIS/JBoss).
- Exposure to cloud computing platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Ability to document technical changes and automation efforts clearly.
- Experience supporting ERP systems and workflow engine applications.
- Self-driven with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with Infor applications is a plus.
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Associate-level).
- Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages familiarity with AWS SDKs.
- Working knowledge of IIS/Tomcat, Active Directory, databases, and operating systems.
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing technical support role.
