- Design scalable, reliable, and secure mainframe solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop a comprehensive migration strategy, including timelines, resources, and risk management.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Assess the impact of new technologies and processes on existing systems.
- Lead the design of system integrations and data flows between mainframe and modern platforms.
- Ensure that solutions adhere to best practices in performance, security, and compliance.
- Identify suitable technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, microservices, APIs) to replace or enhance legacy systems.
- Work closely with development teams, providing architectural guidance and ensuring adherence to design principles.
- Lead the migration activities, coordinating with development, testing, and operations teams.
