Digital Operations Executive – You would be working as part of the Marketing Services team to provide digital support across the Project cycle for projects in the Engineering & Technology sectors in the B2B space.

Zodiac HR Consultant Off Campus Openings 2026 – Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with Project teams to build and enhance program-specific datasets of Accounts/contacts / other attributes / etc. in CRM from multiple sources
• Building & managing a database of prospects, customers, and resources in CRM (we use Zoho CRM)
• Digital campaigns using email & social media marketing in coordination with the team
• CRM data enhancement and update from published data, social media & field feedback
• The role is based at our office in Andheri E, Mumbai. Requisite Product / Solution, Domain, Process & Communication Training will be provided.

Zodiac HR Consultant Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate with up to 2 years of working experience / Freshers with an interest in Marketing Operations
• Good Communication (written, spoken)
• Good exposure & ability to use MS Excel / similar spreadsheet tools
• Keen to learn, innovate and contribute Working experience in CRM and B2B Email marketing would be useful
• Any certification in B2B Digital Marketing /Sales would be an advantage
